Icy Portland Roads (904 Views)

Cars and SUVs without chains go sliding around the Portland streets (near 20th and SW Salmon). One of the SUVs/Trucks goes sliding around like a pinball game and makes it to almost all four streets at an intersection. You can hear people trying to help each other...one woman says she has three small children in her car and is asking for help to get them out.
